Popular Afro-Brazilian dances are the basis for the development of existing cultural events in Brazil. Symbolism and movement of the dances of the Orishas , the malice and the ginga capoeira , swing and samba rhythm the most contemporary expressions like afro sambas , samba - reggae and afro-pop .
This is a special one off workshop with Professor Carlos Ujhama, from the International Dance Council CID / UNESCO.
It is an opportunity for students, amateurs, dancers and a public that has broad interest in Afro -Brazilian culture.

- Director and Choreographer of AFROSSÁ Cia Contemporânea de Intervenção Urbana ( work in Afro - Brazilian dances , present in Europe , recognized by the Secretary of State of Bahia Culture, Ministry of Brazil and UNESCO Culture as an " AFFIRMATIVE EXPRESSION OF BLACK BRAZILIAN IDENTITY
- Conducted training activities in Brazil and Europe, for the development of Afro - Brazilian arts in principal dance and theater schools of Bahia , Ceara, Pernambuco ( BR );
Italy, France , Switzerland , Denmark, Sweden and Greece (EU) .
